El objetivo de un certificado M\u00e9dico Deportivo o Certificado de Aptitud Deportiva es documentar que una persona est\u00e1 preparada para una determinada actividad deportiva, y que pueda practicar dicho deporte de forma saludable y sin riesgos para su salud.<br><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, es habitual que los organizadores de determinadas carreras o los coordinadores de clubes deportivos soliciten a los participantes una revisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de este tipo antes de inscribirse.
